Returns

At Sasha Studios, we want you to love your products as much as we do. A return (including made to order items) will be in exchange for store credit only. Credit notes are valid for 3 years. Item/s for return or exchange must be sent within 14 days of delivery as per our policy. We will gladly exchange an item for another style or size.

The shipping cost of returning and exchanging any item/s are not covered or reimbursed by Sasha Swim and are at the cost of the customer.

We will only accept the return/exchange if the following requirements are met:

• Item/s must be in original condition, with hygiene seal attached.
• Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
• Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Sasha Studios cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Please make sure you receive a tracking number for your return and include full identification (full name, address, telephone number) and order number are present on the outside and inside of the package.

Instructions:

To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@sasha-studios.com and we will provide you with a return number and returns address. We recommend that you send your tracking number to us so we can monitor the shipment and liaise with you on its arrival.

Credit notes and exchanged items will endeavour to be sent 7 working days after inspection and receipt of your item/s.
